A typical SHiNE™ class is approximately 55-minutes long and incorporates 16 routines. We start class with our signature SHiNE™ warm-up and then increase intensity as the class progresses. Our Instructors love to incorporate routines that bring out different emotions and movement. You will find that we alternate the complexity and intensity of the routines to ensure our students’ safety and success during a SHiNE™ class. The SHiNE™ dance floor is open to EVERY BODY. No dance experience necessary…. come as you are!
Let’s tighten up! Join me for choregraphed toning to your favorite hit songs. We’ll focus on getting stronger with movements that are sure to tighten up various areas that need attention. A typical class will include handheld weights and body resistance to achieve maximum strength building benefits. Everyone is different so this class will allow each participant to move at their own pace. Modified options will be demonstrated to personalize your workout. Who doesn’t like a tight booty?
